These terms apply when you use www.suryaweddingbags.com or place an order with Surya Wedding Bags, Hosur, Tamil Nadu. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

• An order is confirmed once your payment is successfully completed.
• For Made to Craft (custom) orders, we confirm all details — design, printing text, quantity and timeline — with you on WhatsApp before production begins.
• Minimum order quantities vary by product and are shown on each product page.

Pricing

• Most products have tiered wholesale pricing — the per-bag price reduces as the quantity increases, as shown on the product page.
• Prices may change from time to time; the price at the moment you place your order is the price that applies.
• Delivery charges are additional and confirmed before dispatch (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).

Handcrafted products

Our bags are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, print position or size between pieces — and slight differences from photos due to screen settings — are natural to handmade products and are not defects.

Custom printing

For printed orders, please check names, dates and spellings carefully when we confirm the design on WhatsApp. Once you approve and production starts, the printed text cannot be changed and the order cannot be refunded (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Delivery & refunds

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
