Order types

We sell two kinds of products, and delivery works slightly differently for each:

• Ready Stock — items we already have in stock. These are packed and dispatched soon after your order is confirmed.
• Made to Craft — items crafted specially for your order (including custom name or logo printing). The crafting time is shown on each product page and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we begin.

Delivery timelines

• Bengaluru and most major cities: Ready Stock orders are typically delivered within 4–5 days of dispatch.
• Other locations in India: timelines may vary slightly depending on the courier network in your area.
• Made to Craft orders: crafting time (shown on the product page) plus the delivery time above.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the package weight and your delivery location. Because bulk orders vary a lot in size, we confirm the exact delivery charge with you on WhatsApp before dispatch — there are no hidden charges.

Order updates

We keep you updated about your order — confirmation, dispatch and delivery — on WhatsApp, on the number you provide at checkout.
